Upstream from today's symptoms, we find hope as followers of Jesus engage in a "Rhythm" of Care.

Below you will find a Care Strategy for each month of the year, designed to help you create that culture of caring year round.

JANUARY

Care Strategy: Symposium for Goodness’ Sake: Winter 2020.
The Symposium for Goodness’ Sake is far more than a simple overview of Community First! Village. The Mobile Loaves & Fishes team takes participants on a deep dive into the philosophy, approach and processes behind making such an operation work. Through interactive talks, workshops, tours and other consultative guidance, we aim to give Symposium attendees the benefit of more than two decades’ worth of experience.
Care Strategy: Pass along opportunities to family and friends for marriage enrichment and preparation by visiting nationalmarriageweekusa.org — for more information and to help spread the word, click here

MAY

Care Strategy: Because historic, scriptural, and modern research all identify fatherlessness as one of the greatest social evils of a generation, we are committed to stand in the gap by raising awareness that "dads matter" and that every child needs an involved and intentional father or father figure. Learn more about how to get involved.

JUNE

Care Strategy: The mission of the Christian Hospitality Network is to give those in full-time ministry both at home and abroad the rest, esteem, and honor they deserve. We keep them refreshed and ready to continue their Great Commission work through grace based hospitality. Learn more about their network of Christian lodging,  international missionary getaways, or find out more about the CHN.

JULY

Care Strategy: Did you know that 82% of the unchurched would be interested in coming to church if invited by a friend and yet in the last year only 2% of church members have invited someone?

Let the invitational heart of the Lord empower you to invite a co-worker or neighbor to come to church with you! September 20, 2020 is National Back to Church Sunday. Join more than 13,000+ churches who are participating in this effort each year!

AUGUST

Care Strategy: Care 4 pastors.
Care4Pastors is a collaborative initiative serving leaders in life and ministry.
We love pastors and have aligned our ministries to serve you more effectively. You can find free resources, events, and other pastoral supporting efforts here.

SEPTEMBER

Care Strategy: We want to encourage you towards some self-care! Pick up a copy of 31 Days of Prayer for My Pastor and ask a friend to advocate for you. Better yet, pick up a kit of eight and ask a small group to go all be praying for you and your family.

OCTOBER

Care Strategy:  Check out the Christian Alliance for Orphans and learn more about how you and your church can engage in caring for "the least of these" (Matt. 25:40).
"True spirituality that is pure in the eyes of our Father God is to make a difference in the lives of the orphans..."
(James 1:27, TPT).
Remember November 1, 2020 is Orphan Sunday!

NOVEMBER

Care Strategy: Love on some children and families with incarcerated parents by engaging your church community with the Angel Tree organization this holiday season! It is incredibly easy and an enormous blessing for those receiving the gifts as well as those doing the giving.
