Imagine: The Journey from Institutional to Missional Church

This course will help you reshape your church culture into a community of Jesus-followers who: (1) not only hear God’s truth but actually do it, (2) express their love for the Lord not just do things for Him, (3) experience a contemporary Jesus not just a historical One, and (4) see themselves as ministers of the gospel who are equipped for works of service. Facilitator Trainings

This course provides an important framework for how facilitators can develop a sense of connection within any small group. You will learn the importance of knowing others, letting them know you, and demonstrating care. You will practice the skills of how a facilitator listens to give care and then encourages group members to do the same. This course will help you know how to demonstrate acceptance, approval, encouragement, celebration, and comfort as key skills for connection and closeness in any small group.
